Simple Policies for a Seamless Stay
To ensure a relaxing, comfortable experience for all our guests, we’ve outlined a few helpful policies and guidelines. These details help us maintain the peaceful atmosphere you’ve come to expect and allow us to provide the best possible service during your stay. Check In & Check Out
Check in is between 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check out is at 11:00 AM.
If you need a later check in or check out time, please make arrangements in advance. (Late check out will be subject to a fee.)
Room Rates
All room rates are based on two-persons per room. We do not allow more than two people per room and no babies or small children sharing beds with adults.
Reservations
A deposit equal to 50% of your stay is required, to make reservations. Packages and tax will be included as a part of this deposit on your credit card. We do accept Master Card, Visa, and Discover Card and American Express.
Cancellations
If a reservation is canceled less than 14-days prior to arrival, you are responsible for all room and package charges unless the room can be re-rented for the entire reservation.
All cancellations subject to a $30.00 processing fee, regardless of when the reservation is made. No-calls and no-shows are billed for 100% of their stay. This will include all package rates.
Smoking
Smoking is NOT allowed in the Inn or guest rooms. The owner has a severe allergy to smoke and cannot be exposed to it. A charge of $500.00 will automatically be added to your bill to take care of cleaning.
Children
It is our policy that if you bring children you must rent all 4 rooms with only 2 people per room. We love children but also understand that most of your guests are looking for a quiet adult get away. We are proud to be An Award Winning Romantic Inn.
Pets
No pets allowed. Owner has a allergy to dogs and cats . If you need help finding a place for your pet, please let us know.
